Service Delivery Managers

Desired Experience and profile: (8+yrs)-preferably B.Tech +MBA/technical graduates or post graduates-Responsible for the direct contribution to the development and successful operation of the service function,ensuring that adequate resources are delivering the services to agreed standards,providing system support to the customer as per the terms and conditions of the system support contract,high level of customer orientation and interfacing with the customer for all system support issues and client requirements,reporting In Service Performance, Major Disturbances and Follow up with service issues etc.Should have excellent communication and presentation skills .

QA Engineer

Desired Experience and profile- (2-4yrs) Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Programming stream-Experience in creating and executing software test cases, software test procedures and software test scripts with adherence to standards of quality. Also, responsible for evaluation of the results of software testing, software system testing, software integration testing and software regression testing. Atleast one year hands on experience in automation testing is desirable.


Senior Software Engineer

Desired Experience and profile-Java/PHP/MySQL/Oracle(4+years) Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Programming- Experience in coding & programming. Expertise in working with PHP and MySQL and LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and User Interface Development including extensive experience with front end technologies including HTML, XML, XSL, scripting languages like Javascript, VBScript etc is expected /Experience with Java,J2EE (core java,jdbc, networking, ejb , servlets,webservices ,Hibernate,Spring,Struts etc) .


Product Portfolio Manager

Desired Experience and profile: (10+ years)-preferably B.Tech +MBA/technical graduates or post graduates-Manage all the priorities and release plans , respond to any change during any stage of the CRs,work with different Project Managers/leads,define and plan product lines and product enhancements ,set strategic direction based on customer needs and business goals ,Interpret strategic goals into development tasks ,make proposals to senior management regarding implications of proposed plans ,serve as a representative to internal and external clients.take the lead in establishing tactical plans and objectives ,develop and implement administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives ,evaluating risks and trade-offs ,propose contingency plans,Analyze business processes and create applications to improve or support those processes ,Branding etc.
