Developers with the following technical skills: Java, J2EE, Oracle, Web Services, MQ or Active MQ Messaging skills. ETL or Datastage is a plus. Some roles are more focused on Tomcat, Spring and Struts along with Java, Oracle. The Senior role is 80 to 90% coding.
For the Lead role the position is 50 to 70% hands on coding and the balance is leading a team. The Lead should have experience leading a team of 5 to 10 developers. Must have experience leading offshore teams.
