Description: Our Client, a US based IT Company, is urgently looking for System Support Engineer at Karachi office.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree Computer Science or relevant qualification
Experience : 03+ years
Salary Package : Excellent Salary package.
Job Location : Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
• Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation.
• Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.
• Troubleshoot issues related to client server connectivity
• Managing users in domains

Skills Required:
The candidate should have more skill sets on Server side with hands on experience on:
• Desktop & Server Support via remote desktop.
• Windows server 2003/2008
• Microsoft Exchange 2003/2008
• Active Directory
• Domain Controllers
• Backup
• Candidate having MCSE or MCTS (Microsoft Server) is a plus.
• Candidate must posses good communication skills with fluency of English.
