The ideal candidate should possess:
* Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT Industry is a must
* Experience in Banking Payments is a must
* Knowledge about Banking practices in APAC / Europe / US
* Hands on experience in Requirement Gathering and consulting on Banking related opportunities
* System integration and IT project implementation experience in Banking industry
* Exposure to industry leading banking software products
* Experience in leading domain teams in Banking related projects
* Excellent client handling & customer interaction skills
* Good communication & presentation skills
* Should be flexible to travel to client locations within and outside India and to other HCL locations within India
