    Experience level : 3 - 7 yrs

    * 2-4 years experience developing ColdFusion applications
    * Experience on cold spring, Model Glue frameworks
    * Experience on flex, flash and action scripting is added advantage
    * Should have good exposure on SQL complex queries and Stored procedures
    * Understanding of systems development methodology and change management best practices
    * Experience designing Websites for data driven environments and turning the designs into HTML, DHTML and CSS Should be a very good team player
